Two days after getting the FLU...ahhh!

I feel great now and am on track with my eating again, I sure was ripped after not eating or drinking for a whole day...yuck! Had an awesome workout today...thanks Ang! Tomorrow I will hit it hard again, and everyday after...here we go!!!

I've been taking in 1200 per day...it's just the 3pm lull, knowing sometime that I only have like 300 calories left...I'm getting more used to it as the days go by;)

Ya I agree with Angelique!!! You need to be eating more calories than that!!!! You'll start losing muscle instead of fat which is definately NOT what you want!!! & you're a lot more likely to fall off the wagon if you're…

Tuesday, Jan 5/10I'm at 997 cal today so far, and am starving! This is not easy, I love the food, eating clean is great, but after my workout this morning and working a physical job all day I'm tired and hungry.. two eggs and salad for dinner...then tea...then bed early..that just may be the solution! Fame West 2010 Here I come!!!See More

Profile Information

My BodyPROUD Story: Holla!! I live my life with passion, determination, and a fired up attitude ready to live my dreams. Currently the Team Kelowna Choreographer, nicknamed 'rainbows & sunshine', I have been working with competitors for the past 6 years. My positive attitude and dedication to my clients far surpasses the title of choreographer, as learned at Fame Canadian Nationals Vancouver 2009, the team atmosphere brings an amazing group ability to succeed and reach your goals as the Team convinced me to compete this year!

I have 15 yrs of experience as a dance instructor, teaching genres such as jazz, hip-hop, tap and break. It came with big life changes that I realized my own potential as a competitor. I believe that everyone has the ability to bust out and reach their goals, and never let anyone hold you back from your life.

I am a single mother of two beautiful kids, my daughter Jade, 7, and my son Kaden, 3. They have supported me and kept me going and I live this healthy lifestyle in order to teach them how to eat, live, and love...with amazing energy and passion.

I am currently pursuing a career in insurance, going back to Capri Insurance after 3 years, as the receptionist, and studying to get my licenses back. Again, passion and determination take a great role in this aspect of my life as well.

I will always look forward and never back, I am excited for everything that this Team will do over the next number of years and am proud to be a part of it!

My Facts 'n Stats:: I've lost 35 lbs since April '09 when I met my friend and trainer Angelique...she has pushed me to reach my goals and h=keep my head held high..
