Profile Information
- My Plug:
- I am a Sports Performance Coach, Personal Trainer, and have my own business as an Online Trainer/Nutritionist.
- My BodyPROUD Story
- I have always been athletic and into sports such as gymnastics, cheerleading, track, and rock climbing. Once I got into rock climbing I saw how hard I worked at it and how it was changing my body into being very muscular. I loved the way I looked and wanted more of a challenge and competition to keep me going and motivated. That is when I started looking into doing figure competitions. I am competing in my first show this September, and plan on competing in the FAME World Tour in Florida this November!
- My bodyPROUD Goals:
- I competed in my very first figure competition on the 26th of this month. It was so much fun! I learned so much from it. I competed in the Novice short class and Open short class and placed 5th in each class. I am very proud of myself.
- My bodyPROUD Intentions:
- Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Be an Inspiration to Others, Get Discovered - TV, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure, Become an Athlete

I am not sure how FAME's posing compares to other organizations. However, please keep in mind that for Figure all poses must be done open handed.
