- Self-employed contruction worker! Its much harder working a physical job and all the while keeping up with your nutrician, workouts, supplements not to mention running a small business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Competed in 2006 Mr. NC and Mr. VA Only achieved a fraction of what I can!

- February 2010 slow, very changing, transformation! Expecting to be ripped and muscular!

- Is I can accompolish anything I want with dedication,discipline and hard work! A lot of things we don't have control over but fitness and bodybuilding you can go as far as you want!

- Placed third in the 2006 Mr. NC (First show and not even close to what I can look like)

- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- Since 2006 the business and economy has taken a toll on my health and fitness! February 2010 marks the start of a quest to compete in 2012! I have to regain the lifestyle and need time to shed without rushing it!
- Life Advice that Helped Me:
- Get in aggreement with GOD! He will take you places you have never been!
- How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
- Focus is the key word! You can never lose focus!
- Please Help ME with:
- Training, nutrician, the latest big thing on SUPPLEMENTS!
- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- Started out at the beginning! Training- very light with a lot of reps! Slowly adding weight resistance 4- sets of twenty, 5- exercises per body part! slowly (key word) moving towards 4 sets of ten with lots of weight!
Diet- Oatmeal every morning! Lots of water! (No soft drinks)
8 meals a day with fruits and veggies!
SUPPs- Fish oil, Vitamin C, joint stuff (Move free advance)
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- GOD and the blessed life he has provided for me and my family! My wife- She is the best competion food preparer in the world! I definately have the advantage!
