- My BodyPROUD Story
- When I began my studies of the Martial Arts about 10 years ago I keep seeing all this talk of "balance" not just when fighting but in all aspects of life. all forms of Martial Arts end in "do" Taekwondo, Judo, Kendo, Ect... Do means "the way" it indicates a path, it's not supposed to end, as in all thing in life the journey is more important then the destination.
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- Marcus 32 I am Martial Arts Instructor. I hold multiple belt ranks in several Martial Arts including a Purple belt in Japanese Judo, a Black belt in Kali, and a Second degree Black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
- My bodyPROUD Intentions:
- Sculpt My Physique
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- To obtain the best physique I possible can.
- Please Help ME with:
- How to best transform my body to acheive my goals and stay motivated.
