I have being seeing an endocrinologist trying to get my health sorted out. My estrogen levels are very low and he has me taking estrogen replacement as well as testosterone shots and Amour for my thyroid. While I seem to maintain a certain weight,I can't seem to change my body comp to where I would like. I just feel because of my hormones...calorie calculators etc don't seem to apply.
Figured you seem to know a bit about nutrition:)
