My Body Proud Beliefs:
The most I learned about my body was when I did my first comp. I didn't place well at all and I lost way too much muscle. So at least now I know what not to do ,LOL !
My Prime Body Proud Goals:
I have recently started up a small supplement company ( in my house ) . I wanted to do this because I am living in a small town in Alberta and the options are not the best here. Plus what they do offer they charge way too much for. So check it out and contact me if you want. www.essentialsupplements.ca . There is a small forum on there also so anyone can add information to help people out.

Timeframe &/or Plan to Reach My Body Proud Goals
Competed back in 2005 and now I want to compete in 2009.
I Am Looking for Advice On:
I am originally from Oshawa , Ontario ( still go back once a year ) and went to College in Toronto. Moved to Alberta in 2002 and love it.

I started lifting weights when I was about 12 in the basement of my parents house. I had two older brothers that I wanted to be like. In high school I got more serious about it and started making some good gains at the point I was hooked. Of course I started off like anyone , not knowing what to do , following all the magazines and OVER TRAINING and under eating.

I continued to train a lot until my first children was born, then I took a break for a few years. We had to boys back to back and needles to say my diet and training too a big hit.

The past 5 years I have put almost all my spare time into learning all I can from the training/nutrition forums out there. I have come to learn that I do well on low carb diets with high fat and protein and low volume heavy weight training.

The importance of your Morning Temperature

Take your morning body temperature FIRST thing in the morning for 4 days in a row BEFORE starting a fat loss diet. This means BEFORE EATING and BEFORE ANY activity. Morning temp should be 97.5-98.1. New Program , New Diet , New Year

I am a bodybuilder turned powerlifter ( Powerbuilder ). 6'1 235lb with 18% bodyfat.When the new year comes in ( hope you all had a good one ) it becomes time for a new plan.
