That could be a whole book! Well i'm a boeremeisie very down to earth, and an all people's friend etc. I love playing sports and if they said that I could sleep in the gym I definitely would. My passion is fitness and nutrition and I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I want to study Bs.c Dietics! I also like to braai with my friends and um I was born in Potchefstroom grew up in Natal, Vryheid on a farm...well I guess you don't have all day do you?
My Facts 'n Stats:
I'm a thing called a homosapien! I have 2 legs, 2 arms, a body, 1 neck, 1 head, 2 ears, 2 eyes and one nose+mouth...I can move...they call it walking...or jogging, maybe running! I have kakie green eyes and red hair(Cherry blonde) i'm about 1.72m tall well that's my facts...
My AHA Life Defining Moments:
If better is possible...good is not enough! I believe that God made everyone very special and unique even though some people are more capable of doing things that you want to but you think you can't. (It's all in the mind)

USN weightloss diet...it works very good for me!
MONDAY-Legs, glutens and lower back
TUESDAY-Cardio
WEDNESDAY-Chest, triceps and shoulders
THURSDAY-Cardio
FRIDAY-Back, biceps and calves
Every weightraining day I do core after and on cardio days I do abs before.

As far as your other question, there is a juniors class for some categories which is 21 and under. You should be 18 to compete in the model category. Routines Only / Power Dance is open to all ages.

Just believe in your self. i struggle sometimes but if it wasnt for my husband i would have been as far as i am now. and still buzy hard at training 5 days a week. I stil want to grow biger than i am now. stil want to pick up about 10 kg. My roll Model is Nicole, she is Miss SA FItness. i want to look like her One day but only better
