Hi who qualifies to participate in the FAME WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS. I am from South Africa and would like to know if I need to be part or an organisation or can I just register and pitch up at the event

My BodyPROUD Story: I am happily married and have two beautiful daughters. I love the outdoors and of course going to gym. Spending time with my friends and family is very important to me. I believe that setting small achievable goals are the way to go and you have to visualise what you are going to look like

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: I love everything most girls love. Met some great people. Loved doing the make-up and putting on the bikini and knowing that it all paid off and that even if it is only for a few days your body is in the best shape ever

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I participated in my first competition after only training for 5 months and loved it. I would love to be even leaner and more defined when I participate again.

Life Advice that Helped Me:: It is so possible

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: Visualisation is very powerful and you need to visualise the way you are going to look

Please Help ME with:: Never got my body back after my second baby and always loved the athletic look and decided to find a personal trainer who in the end became a good friend and an awesome trainer. Love the way the body works if you treat it right
