- I grew up being athletic my whole life and played ice hockey, took martial arts, raced motorcycles and enjoyed life.
Been a Personal Trainer/Strength coach for over 15yrs.
Was in a bad car accident over 2 1/2 years ago and after many set backs I am on a mission to find the Best "me" again!
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- 37 yr old, Single and fun overall guy!
Currently
5'9
235lbs
I carry quite a bit of muscle weight.. but a lot of fat now as well.
Goal starting July 1st, 2010 for a 3 month transformation
5'9
205lbs (at my leanest I can not get below 195lbs)
How am I going to do it??
