Profile Information

My Plug:: EA for a CEO and President of a Fortune 200 company.

My BodyPROUD Story: I'm working towards my first Body Figure competion in 2009. I should probalby have my head examined! LOL!

I love to ride my custom, 2001 Hertitage Softail Harley-Davidson motorcyle. 1450 cc's and 765 lbs of screaming fun named "Rex"!

My Facts 'n Stats:: I am 46 year old mother of 2 adult daughters and today I’m in better shape and health than at any time in my life. I work hard and have learned a lot about getting fit and staying in shape.

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: work hard and compete strong.

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Christine Lanois has become an inspiration as we're the same age. She's encouraged me to eat clean and offers motivation even though we live many, many miles away.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: Nothing takes the place of hard work...stay focused and I will accomplish my goals.

Please Help ME with:: I set a goal in October of 2008 to compete in my first Body Figure competition.

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: It provides me with motovation and information.

Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:: Riding my motorcycle from Maine to Baltimore in one day! That's 11 hours in the saddle folks through the back roads and major 4 lane highways.

My Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach / Guru... and Why: I wish!
I read a lot. I seek advice from other fitness models who are willing to share their experiences. I am grateful for sure.
