- When I was 18 I always wanted to do a fitness routine...so, I said...by the time I turn 20 I would do it...then 3 kids later and after turning 25 I made a promise to myself to do a competition before I turned 30...well 30 is next year and I did it! I finally did it!

- So, I did it! One fitness comp before I turn 30!!! Who knows where this journey will take me...lets find out...
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- Be healthy, eat good, and love your kids!
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- Performing my handstand pushups and actually nailing them!!!! I will be trying out for so u think u can dance canada before I am 30!

- Life Advice that Helped Me:
- Set mini goals...if u dream too big, ur more likely to fail...have that ultimate goal but then have little milestone goals to get u there! Get to know yourself inside and love yourself inside, without that, even with a kickin' body, you'd be lost!
- How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
- Visualization...if u don't have that, u have nothing...
Nutrition...eat every 3 hours...give yourself weekly cheat meals and empower yourself by being able to lift your own bodyweight!

- soul searching

- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- Dancing around the house with my kids, resistance 3 x a week, and getting my clients RESULTS
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- my kids, my health and that no matter what the sun rises and sets everyday!
- My Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach / Guru... and Why
- Nicole Dupont Smith did my diet and is becoming one of my best friends...she sat with me, goldened me up and I really enjoyed every moment of our time together!!! She is amazing!
