- My BodyPROUD Story
- I'm 28 yrs old just had my first baby 9 months ago....love him to pieces!! I have always had a passion for fitness & have been training at Gibson Kickboxing for years. After giving birth to my son I decided to push my fitness goals to the next level and to not only get my pre-pregnancy body back but to also be in the best shape of my life. I have also started taking courses to become a personal trainer in hopes of one day being able to inspire others to achieve their fitness goals.
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- I had a fabulous time competing at Fame West, I competed in both the bikini and fitness model open categories. I placed 3rd in Fitness Model!! so proud of this as it was my first competition!! ;)
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- To reach my personal best & achieve my fitness goal of competing in my first fitness competition.
- How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
- Life is not about finding yourself its about creating yourself!
