I am currently a fitness Manager and Personal Trainer.
My BodyPROUD Story
I am currently a Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer who would like to work his way to becoming one of the top international Fitness Models.
I have always trained for sports however since begining of 2011 I have turned my back on sport for now and focusing on seeing how far I can push my body. 2011 FAME UK here i come!!!
My AHA Life Defining Moments:
I do not beileve in genetics or growing potenial. There is no limit to what we can achieve if we work hard for it!

Life Advice that Helped Me:
The best advice I could give to anyone is listen to your body. What may wrk for top body builders or other fitness models may not work for you. So try various routines out, record the effect it had and build your ultimate programme from there!
How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
DOnt let anything hold you back and love life!!
