- My BodyPROUD Story
- I began training martial arts when i was 10 years old always enthusiastic about the body and physical attributes you could attain when pushed in the right direction or with guidance from the right teacher, realizing this from an early age i began to study the body and became a personal trainer at the age of 21 just enjoying the many benefits you get from helping others attain their goals and realizing their dreams come true. This has only fueled my fire to become the best personal trainer that i can be and help others the same way, i lecture and teach others to become trainers as well this has become a very rewarding and fulfilling dream of mine and only has me wanting to continue in this field and keep striving to push others to new heights even they didnt think possible.
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- I Have been a Personal Trainer for 14 years going through such certifications as NSCA (National Sports and Conditioning Association) NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) A-CPT (Advanced Certified Personal Trainer) and such schools as NPTI (National Personal Training Institute with specialties in CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist and Pre and Post Natel Training with experience in training everyone from 83 with post rehab issues to 12 year old kids with obesity problems.
- My bodyPROUD Goals:
- Work one day at a time and dont look backwards unless you had a great training routine that worked really well for you and ressurect it once in a while dont live by it.
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- I believe anyone can acheive great success in life and with their bodies its what you make of it for yourself and whether you are willing to push yourself to new thresholds.
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- I have had many proud moments in this business everytime someone feels whole again or not self conscious about themselves anymore but my girlfriend acheiveing here dreams are some of my proudest moments.
