my previous goal was competing and i achieved that \Placed third in MS fit and heavy weight Bodybuilding in Oct 2008

- never let go of your dream, you might take a long road to get to it but you will always find your path...
- How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
- My biggest lesson learned is you have to eat to become lean-
you cant watch the scale and you cant starve yourself.
My personal philosphy is think big dream bigger

- I was anorexic for 7 years landed in hospital in 2006, needed to change life or potentially die. I went into the gym found that i loved working out- I took it to the next level of getting certified as a personal trainer and then decided to compete and here i am healthy and alive and ready to help and be there for anyone that wants assistance

- i want to help others achieve to their fullest potantial
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- Competing and placing third for my first show

Hi Leesa. It was really nice hearing from you. How have you been doing with your training and competitions? Do you ever go to Fitness Expos? I went to the Arnold Expo during the Arnold Classics earlier this year. It was really cool meeting some of my fitness friends from Myspace & World Physique there. I hope to meet you at one someday.
