- I am originally from Australia, but moved to Orlando about 8 years ago to perform with CIRQUE DU SOLEIL in the Orlando based production 'La Nouba'.
My background is as an elite gymnast. I was a member of the Australian national team (first in gymnastics and then in Trampoline and tumbling) for 12 years, represented Australia on numerous occasions at World Championship and World Cup competitions, and am a former Australian Champion in power tumbling. I have over 10 years experience as a gymnastics and trampoline coach. Many of my athletes became national champions in their age groups and as a result I became a nationally recognized coach in Australia.
I am also a certified fitness professional. Certifications include:
- ACSM - Certified Personal Trainer
- AFPA - Certified Post Rehabilitative Exercise Specialist
- American Red Cross - Adult CPR/AED plus Infant & Child CPR
- Australian Coaching Council - Coaching Principles L2

- Staying busy makes your time go by faster. How long have you been training? Kristy-lee, I am just curious about something. Have you or someone you know ever been hypnotized?
