Profile Information

My BodyPROUD Story: I love being outside! Running is my stress relief. I have a german shepherd and her name is Ellie... she is my favorite in the world :) I have been working out in the gym with my dad since I was about fourteen. I try to stay positive about things and try to see the good in bad situations. I am a huge procrastinator which gets me in trouble... but i am trying to work on that!

My Facts 'n Stats:: Hi, my name is Kristen Davis. I am a sophomore at the University of Oklahoma. I plan to major in health and exercise science. My hometown is Claremore, OK but I am currently in Norman for school.

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I want to compete again! I want to be in the best shape of my life and be confidant in myself :)

Please Help ME with:: I played sports all the way up until high school. I got really burnt out but I knew that I needed to stay in shape. So I started working out in the gym with my dad. We decided to train for a competion together. I competed in the figure division and placed third. After that competion, I struggled with different parts of my life and now I am looking to get back into competing and the lifestyle that I love!

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: I really want to compete in the fitness model division and I am seeking any possible advice from training techniques to dieting! Please help :)

I learned about bodyPROUD.org from:: I want to compete in a FAME competition so I got on the website and found this and thought it would be a great way for me to network with people who are interested in the same things i am.
