My Headline:: I Am BodyPROUD!, Physique Competitor - past, Physique Competitor - current, Physique Competitor - future

My Plug:: I began seriously competing in power-lifting and martial arts. Now, I am super-motivated to take it to the next level in bodybuilding and competing in weightlifting/kettlebells.

My BodyPROUD Story: I stay motivated by surrounding myself with fitness oriented positive people. I want to get into fitness modeling, that pushes me to fine tune my physique. Rock Climbing, Mountain Climbing, Mountain Biking are motivation to improve my overall strength,cardio,function and musclemass. Seeing other athletes improve in the gym motivates me as well.

My Facts 'n Stats:: **Update for 2011 - I am competing in kettlebell competitions working towards the worlds. Will do another show in 2012 I won First Place at the NGA night of Champions

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: I love seeing my body change. The body is a temple that should be maintained and improved. Working out is the ultimate high, whether for a sport or fitness.
