My AHA Life Defining Moments:: When I tell people I eat a plant-based vegan diet they are shocked that you can actually have muscle and a lean athletic body eating the way I do! Being BodyProud is more than just what you look like in a swimsuit or on stage after 12 weeks of dieting - it's enjoying a happy, healthy, and active lifestyle EVERY day. Yes an amazing body is definitely an added bonus, but when you feel amazing you look even more amazing!
