- My client Mariam... She was so focus, so driven, that she drop 8% body fat in 8 sessions. She was in town for summer break and considered moving to Atlanta because of her experience.

- Wow!! thanks for the reply. I never knew men had the opportunity to compete in a "fitness" show (I am knew to FAME and just now learning whats available in other leagues besides the NPC). I think thats awesome and definately the healthier way to go. Good luck- you've got the look for it. Thanks again for helping me to understand these things.
