- I played football from the age of 9 until I was 25. Try outs with some CFL teams didn't work out so I needed something to keep me focused and competitive that's when I started competing with Fame. After years of competing I FINALLY reached one of my goals. Placing 1st and turning Pro.
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- At 6'2 200 pounds I work hard to sculpt my body and maintain a sharp physique.190 competition.
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- No matter how old we get there is never any excuses why we can't reach our goals!
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- Birth of my 2 kids Jada and Julius and of course winning the Muscle Model advanced division fame east

- I have competed with fame the past 5 years. Time line at competitions needs to be more rigid. A more clear outline of what is expected in each category ie: bodybuilders doing fitness model
