- i am a chef and have loved being in the food industry for over twenty years. Over those years i have seen a change in how we eat. People dont see restaurants as places to go to celibrate special ocasions any more now it seems to have taken place of our kitchens and stoves its now a place we go to eat everyday. Our lives have become overwhelming and it is our bodies and the bodies of our children that suffer. from this end it seems we do it save time,,but how much time have we taken from our bodies.

love nature the outdoors camping hiking canoeing i love to fish and yes i hunt. As native it is in my blood.

- Our bodies are the most complex computers and machines, every minute it is making ajustments, sending messages to a million nervs and cells. telling our hands to move, eyes to see, ears to hear, heart to beat. If we had a expensive car wouldnt you put in the best purest fuel, have to in the shop regularly for check ups? So why is we never do the same with the food,,,no the fuel we put in our body,,the worlds most enhanced machine. I believe in ,fresh, home cooked food, pure fuel. FAIR TRADE
