Good deal bro. I am going into offseason until 2010. I want to compete again but not until I bring up some lagging areas that I have now seen when cut down. You still planning on doing another show in November?

Profile Information

My Plug:: Currently I am working at Vitamin Shoppe. Going to work for me is all about teaching people to adopt a healthy lifestyle and show them how to take supplements to support that lifestyle. However I soon hope to be certified to train.

My BodyPROUD Story: Asside from lifting weights.. I am a full time student at UTSA, a part-time employee at Vitamin Shoppe, and I also love to draw, and play music when I have the free time(which isn't often)

My Facts 'n Stats:: My name is Kyle Hall, I'm 20 years old. I've been lifting for several years, however, it has been a roller coaster ride. Dealing with injuries has set me back several times. But now... much smarter with my training, I have been making slow progress to my goals without any new setbacks.

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I want to reach 200 lbs body weight this bulking cycle while still under 10% bodyfat. I also plan to compete in the Houston Fame in May.

Please Help ME with:: I began to gain weight at around ten... getting stretch marks around my waist. Through middle school I began lifting knowing nothing about how to properly go abou it. Through endless hours of research on the computer.. my knowledge began to increase and I started applying all the new techniques I was learning. In highschool. I was in powerlifting until I injured my lower back and a rotator cuff. The last couple of months of highschool I was forced to take time off to let the injuries heal. When I began college.. I weighed 164 at about 9% bodyfat... now a year and a half into college... I weigh 195 at 9 to 10% bodyfat. It wasn't till college that I realized just how important diet is in the lifestyle I've been trying to adopt.

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: It never hurts to have the support of all the good people who share the same intrests as I do.

Ok... so I'm now 3 weeks out from my very first bodybuilding competition, and I just felt like talking about a few things such as the feelings I'm having as well as bumps I've crossed over throughout my contest prep. I beat the crap out of my legs yesterday and smashed my abs this morning too. I have gained almost 15 lbs back and am just now starting to put on water under myskin. crazy stuff man.
