My AHA Life Defining Moments:: I competed in my first show in Miami, Nov 1, 2008. It was a great experience and I can't wait for Houston!!!!

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Follow your dreams and understand that everyone doesn't understand what it's like to be in this industry...and have no ,life outside of working out!!!

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: Biggest lesson learned is to never give up and look at the big picture. Lifes not a track meet- it's a marathon!

Please Help ME with:: I have always been very active in working out and playing sports. I also love to dance, and I am constantly looking for new challenges! I love the feeling of being on stage and working hard to look good! Growing up I always wanted to be like the fitness girls on ESPN. I moved to Arizona 4years ago from Pittsburgh to escape the freezing weather!!! And I am having a blast out here and love meeting people I can workout with! I have a huge weakness for wine!!! If they could come up with a way to have wine flavored protein shakes I'd be the happiest person alive!!! My motivation comes from my inner desire and competitive nature to be the best!
