- I'm a personal trainer with 10 years of experience. I'm a former competitor and fitness model looking to do it again. This round I'm doing it with my fiance, which will be a completely different experience.

- Feeling good about your body comes froms putting time into fitness and nutrition. When you take care of yourself the reward is emotional and physical health. The pride comes from realizing that your body is strong and can do amazing things when you dedicate yourself. The aesthetic benifits are just the icing on the cake.

- I'm proud every time reaches their goals or rediscovers their confidence. When I moved from the south to Los Angeles I started training at Venice Golds which has been more fulfilling and exciting than I could have dreamed.
