- Substitute teacher for Elementary School... I am a previous Child Protective Services caseworker for last year 9 months in Travis County and 6 months in Harris County.
- My BodyPROUD Story
- My interests include spending time with my close friends and being able to visit my family more often now that I am back in Houston. I have the cutest 4 year old boxer named Lola who is my pride and joy!!! I also really love to travel and be on the beach especially with a good magazine or book =).
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- My name is Krissy Richard I am 24 years old and the youngest of 3 girls. I am half Cuban half white and speak fluent Spanish. I grew up in Houston and other than my 5 years spent in Austin have found myself back in H Town as of last year. I am a University of Texas graduate with a degree in Social Work. I am a previous Child Protective Services Caseworker in Austin and Houston.

- My bodyPROUD Goals:
- My first competition was a great experience and chance for me to get comfortable in front of judges and a crowd typical to what i will be seeing at other fitness competitions. I placed third in Figure A Division at the Texas Shredder Classic. My second competition the FAME Lonestar Championship was a great experience and my chance to really show my personality with the themewear routine and the more relaxed atmosphere. I placed Top 3 in all 3 Divisions I Entered (Bikini Open, Figure, and Fitness Model), was Runner Up in the Cougar Energy Drink Model Search, and was awarded the Lonestar Champion "Most Outstanding Athlete" Award at the end of the night. I had a lot of fun and met a lot of great people at this event.
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- Placing Top 3 in all 3 divisions i competed in at the FAME Lonestar Championship in Houston in May 09. Also winning runner up to the Cougar Energy Drink Model Search and being award the Lonestar Champion (Most Outstanding Athlete) Award at the end of the night. =)

- Improve my Health, Gain More Flexibility, Improve My Posture, Be an Inspiration to Others, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- I trained for 12 weeks for my first competition but i hope to stay within 3-4% of my competition body fat percentage afterwards and remain in good shape throughout the year while continuing to build muscle.

- Please Help ME with:
- I began a bootcamp back in mid January of 09 with trainer Jolene Carter after it was recommended to me by the gorgeous Jamie Eason. I fell in love with the training styles of Jolene and she opened my eyes to the possibility of competing. With the help of her and my nutritionist Keith Klein i was able to transform my body from 22% body fat to 6% and am eager to see where it will take me...
- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- In a nutshell: 6 small meals a day, lots of protein, water, and veggies =)
I take a multivitamin everyday and work out 6 days a week.
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- Seeing what my body is capable of and realizing that clean eating and working out has made me feel so much better physically from the inside out.

Are you gonna be doing the New Orleans show? I still need to comfirm it with my hubbers but I most likely will do that show and that will be it for me this year. I need to start making more money than I am spending- ha!
