My Facts 'n Stats:

Hi I'm Justin Lord, I'm 33 years old. I started working out at the age of 13 years old after my father very "kindly" bought me my first set of weights for my birthday! I remember looking blankly back at him as if to say "and what do i do with these?"! Fortunately, with his gymnatics and ice hockey background, together, we managed to pull together some sort of routine that would probably have been looked upon as "overtraining", even for the great Arnold himself!

In the months that followed i learned more and more from books and magazines and gradually managed to cut my training time down by something in the region of an hour!!!

Thankfully I never looked back and since tried to challenge my body physically in a number of ways including becoming a Royal Marines Commando which challenged me greatly both physicaly and mentally.

My goals now lie with the fitness industry (since becoming an advanced personal trainer, sports massage therapist and nutritionist), competing in FAME (for the first time!) and to become a fitness model. I am particularly looking for a sponsorship and give it all 150% effort!
