- I belive, that when you choose to change your life style to the better, it will take a life change action to do that and to do that you must find your motivation, what tricks you, "the spirit". I know by experience how difficult it is to cach that motivation/spirit, BUT I also know that once you cach it, it will always be in you. NEVER EVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS!
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- I will callled the top of the pop moment was when I did compete in my first competition, at the fame amino european championship in Karlovy-Vary in 2009. I remember a specialt moment, where I was standing at the stage, amont the other girls (we were 12) I was extremelly happy and thankfull for being there, for making my dream of competing true and I told to my selv in that momenT "look around, enjoy this, this is your day, this is a party :-) " That was amazing, and it will be difficult to describe with words that moment. I got the 3rd place in my first competition ever and it was in another country than Denmark!

- Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Keep Me Young, Feel Better about Myself, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique, Be an Inspiration to Others, Magazines
