My BodyPROUD Story: Weigh lifting, body building, going to the beach, fit it projects and most of all helping other with their goals and dream in this industry.

Age 44 but told i look 35
my back gound is I never really started an fitness routine until I move to Cal. a littl under 3 years ago.

My bodyPROUD Goals:: because I have gotten in better shape I have been featured in the local TV commercial and been filmed for an MTV reality show.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: I like the effect it has on other to get it the gym and try to gett themselves in better shape.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Binais. net a web site a good friend of mine is bring up soon .

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I would like to get a bit bigger and much more defined. I am not going for a Big bodybuilder size just a good muscular fit look.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: it is never to late to try to get more healthy.

Please Help ME with:: Went from being the fat kifd that never took off his shirt form age 13 to 42. because I was ashame of how my body looked. Now I have competed and placed in 2 local bodybuilding contest.

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: a friend suggested I join
