Eventually I am going to be opening a boot camp in Ottawa Ontario to further my fitness pursuit and help others reach their goals.
- My BodyPROUD Story
- I have been training for about 5 years now. However only in the past couple of years have I started to take it more seriously and started to see my best results by staying consistent with training and nutrition.
Building muscle and realizing my goals have lead me bigger goals even outside of the gym.
I was once just a fitness googler who didnt have a clue about what it took to build muscle or lose fat, and since then I became a certified trainer, went through many transformations, helped others realize their goals, created my own online muscle building program Bones to Buff, and have many plans to continue down the path of healthy living and inspiring others.
I am choosing to compete to set the bar higher for myself and push my limits once again.
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- I have never competed before and I will be entering my first competition and entering the mens open fitness model competition in the FAME Centrals Championships.
Ill be steping up on stage at about 5% body fat which is the first time I have ever reached that body fat level.
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- My biggest belief is that by achieving your goals in the gym can translate into bigger goals and accomplishments in your every day life by giving you the confidence and self esteem to continue to realize your full potential. in everything you purse.
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- Winning an online sucess story contest for the very first muscle building program I ever tried
Creating my own muscle building program
Becoming a certified trainer
Helping my mom lose 20lbs of fat and seeing how her transformation changed her general attitude and outlook on life

- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- I used to want to rush everything and in the end I have found this to be very stressful.
After this competition, I plan on just being in tune with my body and gaining muscle at a more gradual rate without putting on as much fat.
I am aiming to reach 175lbs 10% bodyfat by Nov 1 2010. this is where I think I will look my best.
- Life Advice that Helped Me:
- Set goals and deadlines
Dont let anybody say you cant!
Always push to become a better person
- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- Right now with contest prep I am currently eating about 1800-2000 calories per day with a split of 45% protein, 35% carbs and 20% fats.
Its been working great.
Cardio now every day unless I am very fatigued.
Training 2 days on and 1 day off
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
