Profile Information

My Plug:: I'm a glamour model and actress. I have many film/TV projects in the works at present that I am very excited about. :D I'm also managing editor of a digital glamour publication: GlamModelz Magazine - www.glammodelz.com.

I coordinate/host and am spokesmodel on the Model Stage at the Europa Super Show in Dallas, which will extend to Hartford and Orlando in 2011.

Just started a partnership w/3 other fashion industry professionals to provide resources to the Fashion/Style community.

My BodyPROUD Story: I come from a family of athletes. My father was a bodybuilder (all-natural), winning many competitions in his day. That is where my love for fitness, musculature, etc began.

Through the blessing of genetics, I have always had a "fit" looking appearance. As I've reached my early 40's and continue modeling and such, I've found that it is now time to actually work toward maintaining that appearance, as well as use it to gain more exposure and opportunity for other projects. :)

My Facts 'n Stats:: Height: 5'4"
Weight: 118

My bodyPROUD Goals:: I have plans to begin boot camp soon, as it seems that it takes me being forced to actually do what it takes to get where I want to be. Sad, but true!! And I'm looking forward to it. :)

You won't see me discuss my relationships/status here, but I'm at a very happy place in my life...and love whom I love. <3

My Transformation Triumphs!: Most proud moments are when both are my children were born. There is no greater experience in life, for me.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Improve My Posture, Sculpt My Physique, Be an Inspiration to Others, Get Discovered - TV, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: 6 weeks to a more sculpted, fit look.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: I no longer eat red meat (just poultry and fish). It's a rare occasion that I eat cakes/pies/desserts, neither do I "drink" calories. Veggies are a must!

I eat fairly healthy and I believe that is what helps to keep my weight down because I don't diet. I try to refrain from taking medicine, using natural remedies to cure what ails me...and allow my liver to do what it is made to do w/o the extra toxicity that chemicals and excess can add.

I know my cardio-conditioning could be a lot better and I believe that will be key to my training and fitness goals.
