My Transformation Triumphs!: I reacently Opened Jenny Arnold Movement- Personal Fitness Training in June 2008. I was Feartured and Interviewed in Real Gainz Fitness Magazine Feb 08

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I am planning to step back on Stage with W.N.S.O April 2009!
I retired in 1999 after my Last international competition to start our family. Watching and helping all my clients compete ,has given me the bug again.So my goals are to compete again and earn my Pro card and Promote Jenny Arnold Movement.

Life Advice that Helped Me:: If you fail to plan... You Plan to FAIL!!! Stay focussed and REMEMBER THIS!!! When you are on Stage..... You are not Competing against the person on your right or on your left???? You are competing against yourself EVERYTIME!!!To improve and make gains every time you step on stage!!!!!! Anything else is a bonus........... HAVE FUN!!!!!!! At the end of th day it,s about how you feel about yourself!!!!!

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: I am 46 years old. " MUSCLE KNOWS NO AGE!!!!!

WOW !!!! Fame, What a week end the Worlds were! First of all a Big Congratulations to Mindy and Jeff for puting on such an Amazing Event.It is such an amazing thing to me to be a part of an organization who truly treats ALL their Athletes like FAMILY!
