I dropped out of the Muscle Pharm Transformation Challenge last night and left the bodygroup today. My blog is on there. I won't repeat what I said but in summary: I'm done.
I've been trying for over 3 years, weight lifting to the point that walking funny or overtraining to the point of injury has become a norm. I haven't changed my eating habits except for reserving cheat meals to one day instead of entire weekends. I've started to lift in the 8-12 range and started training heavier.…
