Good deal bro. I am going into offseason until 2010. I want to compete again but not until I bring up some lagging areas that I have now seen when cut down. You still planning on doing another show in November?

what's up bro! Training is going good. It's nice to actually want to go to the gym again. haha. Just hitting it hard.. trying to take advantage of this rebound. You bulking up?.. or are you doing any more competitions any time soon?

- My BodyPROUD Story
- I started lifting in High School while playing football. Poor teaching lead to poor form and a knowledge base that was far from what is needed to train effectively. My Junior year in college I decided to learn the proper way of training and diet to improve my physique. For 4 years after that spent a lot of time in the gym making small gains but still improving. It wasn't until I decided in June of 08 to compete that I started to build a good knowlede base of nutrition. The last 11 months have change my life and I will continue to learn my body and improve my physique.
