My passion lies within the fitness industry! I am an avid Women's Tri Fitness competitor, I love a challenge and am very competitive! I am new to the FAME scene but already fell in love! On top of being a gym rat, I have been a preschool teacher for the past two years before we made the big move to Japan, which was July 2008. I am still trying to settle in here, big move....big changes!

The rush! I love getting up on stage! The thought of getting on stage in a bikini is motivation enough :) As well as wanting to stay as healthy as I can, and in top condition! My biggest accomplishments have been: becoming the 2008 Jan Oxygen Cover Model girl, FAME bikini Pro at the bodybuilding.com expo bikini search, and becoming a ON/ABB sponsored athlete.

Working out, eating right, and staying in shape are tough. Nothing worth while comes easy....remember that! Be strong, push through it, in the end it will all be worth it!
