how do i post my transformation?

HOw do I post my transformation on this site? I lost alot of weight, 30Lbs. I want to show my tranformation. I am still kinda new to this site, your help would be great!

My BodyPROUD Story: I'm a mom of 2 a 4 year old and a 1 year old. I work part time as a massage therapist. Working out is my" therapy" I am planning to compete in 2010.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Increase My Confidence, Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Feel Better about Myself, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Attain Proper Symmetry

FAME is a lot less intimidating than other body building competitions. You look great now; you could definitely be ready for FAME in August. It's not just about body building. There's swimsuits, theme wear, fitness, and Fit Duo's. Would your husband be interested in it?

I had the same question when I was going to attend the FAME Philadelphia in February as a spectator/photographer and Annette was competing. You can buy tickets at the door or, if you search the Event page you'll find advanced ticket purchases. I think they are also blocking out rooms at the hotel.

Why don't you think about competing? You certainly can do it. There are several categories including swimsuit. I'm not a body builder but I'm entering swimsuit model and doing the Fit Duo with Annette.
