Profile Information

My BodyPROUD Story: I've trained for years, but never as a competitor. I recently went through a divorce and after losing 25 pounds last summer of muscle and fat as a result of the stress, I started training hard in November of 2008. After receiving many positive comments from friends and encouragement to compete, I decided to take the plunge and do something for me.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Feel Better about Myself, Be an Inspiration to Others

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I have 10 weeks to be in shape for the show in my city.

Please Help ME with:: Any advice would be great
