Trainers, competitors, models, would love to talk to you guys about what we are doing with all of our companies, and where there may be some opportunities forus to work together.

My BodyPROUD Story: At the age of 30 I began to live a healthy lifestyle, working out and eating healthy. Became a dad of twins a couple of years ago and gained 25 pounds.

This summer eFitFamily.com is launching a "Get Fit" campaign that will feature me and Dr. Pugh making changes in our lifestyle to get back to a healthier life.

My Facts 'n Stats:: Founder of Doctorsof.com and eFitFamily.com. Always looking for information and inspiration to share on our sites for mainstream folks, particularly moms.

We also own a cosmetic dental practice.

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Read Ultra Mind Solution by Mark Hyman MD. Honnor Moore turned me on to this book.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: The body is one large system, NOT independent smaller systems. It takes a total body/mind/environment approach to most effectively fight off disease, and live a long, high quality life.

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: Still deciding exactly, however we are promoting FUN ways to do cardio. We are working with K2 skates, riding Specialized bikes and pedaling/paddling Hobie Kayaks in addition to resistance training.
