I did find it hard to drop water, I found I was more cut the week before, and into carb depletion. So what would you recommend for an "a" blood type to do to instead for next time? I must say I still had a lot of fun :)

- Hi Ian,
We met at posing camp at the YMCA in Cobourg. We were talking about my blood type and food, I hadn't figured it out until just recently I came across my blood donor card and you were right about my blood type being A RH POS. Which you were saying that could be creating me discomfort eating certain foods. Sorry I took so long letting you know, again just finding out myself. Thanks, and see you soon.
