My Plug:: If you've always wanted to play an instrument or sing - my music school can help you achieve it!

My BodyPROUD Story: I went to a Figure Competition and though, "I can do that!" Now I just need to prove to myself that I can. Skipping the sweets is a bear!

My bodyPROUD Goals:: I guess everyone finds one aspect of training harder than the other. For me exercise is a breeze. I lover feeling of energy and positivity I feel after a good workout. It wasn't always that way. I remember the first run I ever did ended in every part of me pounding and me thinking this was the end. I was going to die. 20 years later.....the exercise is a pleasure. The food on the other hand...perhaps I just need 20 years practice of avoiding sweets! Sweets have been my emotional stabilers since teenagehood. Today, I beat it - just barely

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: I feel my body is my home. No matter where I am in the world, it goes with me! I want to enjoy living in my home and be proud of it.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique, Attain Proper Symmetry, Feel Good in a Bathing Suit, Be an Inspiration to Others, Get Discovered - TV, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure, Become an Athlete

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I want to do a bikini competition followed by figure competitions. The first one I'm aiming for is the Fame comp in Chicago, Aug 2010.
