- Well lets see I use to be a swimsuit model and personal trainer, loved working out and running, play every sport except golf...lol... Even have a BS degree in Exercise Science (funny and a waste) I have had 2 miscarriages in the last 3 years. Currently I'm going through alot of self-discovery and development and its time to work on the physical. I've let life rob me of happiness for toooooo long! Its' my turn now!! - To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- I want to lose at least 50 lbs by July 2010!! I will be working out 6 days a week, eating clean, and somedays doing cardio 2 x a day!

- Carb cycling, lifting 5 days a week, and cardio 7 days a week with a 2nd session 4-5 days a week!
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:

- My Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach / Guru... and Why
- Ahhh...my hero is my dad... at age 73 he lost his leg in a motorcycle accident and the next year went on to place 11th in Nationals for Bowling.... he never got down, never quit!
