- I am a certified American College of Sports Medicine, (ACSM), personal trainer and owner of Superior Performance Training LLC. I am committed to helping each and every client meet and exceed their individual fitness goals. I have achieved great success as a competitor in various fitness competitions. I am the 2008 World Natural Sports Organization (WNSO) Professional Fame South Central Fitness Model Champion, and I am a world ranked Fitness Model and Muscle Model competitor.
I aspire to provide others with the motivation, inspiration and education towards obtaining their ideal physique. I utilize a more holistic approach of educating each client about a true change to a healthier lifestyle for their own longevity. Whether you are looking to strength train, lose weight, tone up, prepare for a fitness contest, or to simply kick start a fit and healthier lifestyle, let me give you the guidance, motivation and accountability to train efficiently and effectively!!
Ultimately, I want to continue to grow and expand Superior Performance Training. I also want to expand my clientele as a certified personal trainer by offering opportunities to individuals of all ages and backgrounds who desire to live a healthy and active lifestyle. I also want to gain more exposure as a fitness model as I continue to compete in fitness competitions.
I am affiliated with FAME through the WNSO (World Natural Sports Organization). In November 2007, I competed in the North American Championships in the Muscle Model and Fitness Model categories. After an impressive competition with people from all over the country, and stellar reviews from the judges, I placed second overall in both the Muscle Model and Fitness Model categories! That was the FIRST TIME I had ever competed in a FAME competition!
Most importantly, this was a natural bodybuilding competition, and I designed my strength training and meal plan program that led to my success. Following my success from the FAME WNSO North American Championships, my quest is to continue to inspire people to a Superior level of Performance through optimal Training in the Charlotte metro area and beyond to reach their various fitness goals.
I founded Superior Performance Training in 2006 with the ultimate desire to help individuals with a holistic approach to personal training and fitness. At Superior Performance Training we specialize in personal training programs that are specifically designed to meet individual client needs and abilities. We provide efficient and professional fitness training with cutting edge techniques and equipment. We engage our clients in unique programs through specific systems to improve their overall health towards the longevity of their lives.
Superior Performance Training offers not only training packages but athletic performance training. This package is not only catered to athletes but for anyone wanting to improve their conditioning, strength, speed, power, agility and flexibility. You will increase your strength, power and lean body mass using proven training techniques and an unmatched menu of exercises.
