My Plug:: At Hari Om Yoga Langley / Surrey while we do offer Hot and Power Yoga (more physically intensive) we provide a great deal more of Class variety which includes Yin / Yang (35 min intensive with 55 min relaxive), Luna Yoga (Hips and Pelvis oriented), Hatha Yoga (gentle based allround), Yin Yoga (deeper stretching predomimnately on the floor great for tightness in the lower back - another area of concern), Restorative (relaxive with Yoga props doing much of the work for you) , Gentle Yoga (a gentle flow based class) and Anusara Inspired Yoga (all about alignment)
