My Plug:: Run my own Bakery Business and works as a government official

My BodyPROUD Story: Its been my wish and goal to develop my body since 2003 but my big disappointment is my ABS....I never loss this fats..
I Work hard for better life and put GOD first on all things. My wife works as a secreatry in our parish church. I have four kids whom the eldest will be graduating High School with flying colors because he will be receiving the the honor of a salutaturian and leadership award. My other three kids are still in grade school. I enjoyed listening to jazz music

My Facts 'n Stats:: My Name is Henry D. Rivera, 44 years of age and finished the degree of Bachelor in Science in Business Administration with concentration on Accounting..presently im working as a government official.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: never been competed

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: To have total lean body and loss this flubby ABS fats and be at par with this macho guys around here in body proud....

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: Love God above all and respect all creation of our heavenly Father.

Please Help ME with:: In 2002, I weight 82kgs and my waistline measure 36 inches..I started working out in 2003 in one of the gyms here in our locality as a part of my diet and medical routines due to mild stroke...I loss to 53kgs after working out for 8 months. Then I started to workout my muscles with the assistance of physical therapists. I develop a very nice biceps, triceps and pecs where my friends really give a WOW

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: I would like to meet professionals online that might share thier success in bodybuilding which help me then to attain my goals...A lean muscles and flat ABS
