Profile Information

My Facts 'n Stats:: I moved to Canada from England about 4 years ago. I have 3 children and work full time. I used to dabble in sports when I was younger, was a gymnast until the age of 16. Didn't really do much after the age of 20! My move to Canada was to change my lifestyle.

My bodyPROUD Goals:: mmmmm, well I only really have one? I was one of the dancers in Soul Train once, used to be a music show in England. Oh and I have been in 'Time Out' London once too!

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I would like to compete in bikini model and as a fitness competitor. It is a huge goal as my flexibility dissappeared around the age of 25!! Now at the age of 40 I decided to try and get it back again! I would just be happy to be able to compete and be able to get down to pre-baby figure/weight.

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Don't ever believe the word 'can't' I believe you can do anything if you really believe in yourself and keep to your goals.

Please Help ME with:: My personal trainer Cara Thien has been the backbone to my motivation. Seeing how well she has done with her career and success in competing as a mother of three makes me believe I can do it too.

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: I would like to compete in the 12th Annual Fame Competition in Vancouver in March.

Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:: Giving birth to my children.
