My Background // My 'Story"

Fatima is the owner of Blessed Bodies Fitness which provides personal training, nutritional services and online training to individuals, specializing in people who are training towards fitness competitions.

Over the past five years Fatima has worked hard to train herself as a fitness model and figure competitor. She honed her skills and expertise on herself and then combined her knowledge of personal training and nutrition and applied it to the world of fitness competitions. Since 2005 Fatima Leite Kusch has been the one to watch amongst fitness competitors. She has placed in the top ten in over a dozen shows, top five in four events and not long ago placed first and received her pro card. As a pro she has placed within the top five twice. Her successes include training many athletes who have had top five finishes or better. Fatima certainly knows how to put herself in the top ten and she continues to demonstrate that she also knows how to train other competitors to receive the same results.

FAME Worlds Montreal 2009- My challenges…my journey…my personal victory

This past year I took some time off competing so that I could focus on building more muscle. Another very important goal I had was to take my stage presence to another level . I have always felt that there was a lot of room for improvement here and really had to give it everything I could to see what I could bring for my next show.
