- In 2007 I decided to start living a more healthy life, as a result i've cut 30 odd pounds and i'm fitter than i've been in my life but i want to push myself to do more, test the limits and see what my body can achieve...

- Ok. I have been slacking off on maintaining my body (just a bit) however in order to achieve my goals I realize I must be consistent. In order to fully realize this I would love to hook up with someone who has similiar goals to share pointers etc.

- The body is a temple so I respect mine to the maximum
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- I dropped below 170 pounds for the first time in 6 years earlier this year.
