Almost grown, born and raised in Wisconsin by a very loving mother and supportive family. That was all I ever needed.

My Background // My 'Story"

I love being around positive fun loving people. Basically I'm a goofy easy going guy and love doing new things. I don't have much spare time, but I love to Drag Race my Motorcycle, I live for working out and pushing my body to the limits, my favorite cardio is going to the local Boxing Gym and pretending to be a tuff guy. I've also been involved in several local movie projects and my acting skills improve all the time.

My Most Proud Moments // My Claim to 'FAME':

My most bodyproud moment was sharing the stage in Miami with a great group of guys. I really felt like I belonged on stage with those guys. It was fun watching the audiance react and the Bikini and Fitness Models react in the Crows nest to the killer ABS on stage that night.

Timeframe &/or Plan to Reach My Body Proud Goals

I want to inspire others through being a living example of what being happy and fit is all about. I want to become a teacher and giver of the ultimate gift. The gift of SELF CONTROL. Doing my best to convince others that they are in control of their fitness goals. They just have to unlock the conbination that works for their body.

My Philosophy on Nutrition, Physical Fitness &/or Focused Thinking:

The best lesson I learned in life was to never get down on myself because there's always someone else that is suffering way more that I am. My choices will probably never be as big as some of the kids I've had the opportunity to work with.

The more we share infomation, the easier it will be for us all to achieve and maintain our fitness goals.

I am Grateful For:

The moments give to me by my wife. ie. wedding, childbirth. Peronally, when I won the FAME South Central Show and was awarded my my Pro Card.
