My BodyPROUD Story
In order to have something you never had, you need to do something you never did..
To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
I want to transform my body, build muscle and give my body the nutrition that I deprived it of, for so long.I want to take "ME" to a new level. Just look at all the beautiful bodies on this site.. I don't want to see all this on these sites and magazines, I want to see such a beautiful strong body every morning when I look in the mirror! This will be a HUGE accomplishment for me.
How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
Always listen to your inner voice! We so easily get lost in this chaotic world of ours. Make the time to be quiet.. Light a candle and WALK your inside, investigate every inch of yourself with this candle..
Please Help ME with:
I was a very overweight child(the one in school everyone used to call fatty) and also a very overweight teenager. I was never very active and almost never did any sport, also used to sit out in PT class. With me being so overweight, I was always on a the latest fat loss programs on the market, but the weight just piled on.When I left school to go further my studies, I had enough of being OVER SIZED. Unfortunately,I didn't know any better and fell in the trap of bulimia. I started loosing weight, but not as much and as fast as I wanted. That's when my mind told me to stop eating and I will loose the weight. The weight I lost, but, also, it was never enough. My hair started falling out, my gums were bleeding, I had to live a life of fear- the fear that someone will realize or catch me feeding my dinner to the dog or hiding it, etc. (you know the story). I then started including food in my life again and guess what happened? You guessed it, I gained weight again and felt absolutely miserable!!

I have managed to loose weight in a healthier manner, but not the perfect way. Still skipping meals and not eating the right foods. I am not a junk food addict and don't have a sweet tooth, but I am not putting enough into my body to get my metabolism started(fear of gaining weight). This is a challenge and mind set that I have to overcome...
My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
I have joined this site, as I am ready to do it. I have been working out, without the results, as all my training and eating was trial and error. I have eventually pulled myself together to go see a personal trainer who will be assisting me in achieving my goals. I am about to start my new life, wish me success!

Lunges

Hi! Can anyone please give me advise on lunges. I can't seem to keep my balance and when I add weight to this, it's even worse!! What other action can I perform instead of lunges?
