Producers state: "Cirque du Soleil produces multidisciplinary shows combining circus arts, acrobatics, music, song, dance, and theatre. Cirque du Soleil is continually developing new creations and seeking new talent; we recruit artists globally online, via auditions, or on scouting trips. In total, there are more than 1,200 artists performing Cirque du Soleil creations around the world each and every night." Fabrice Becker, Montreal casting dir. for shows in creation; Pavel Kotov, Montreal head of casting for touring shows; Krista Monson, Las Vegas head of casting for resident shows in America. Rehearses and performs around the world.
